Pricing Questions Answered

Everything you need to know before booking.

Our weekly cleaning rate is £21.95 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours per visit. So a typical 3-hour weekly clean costs £65.85. Most 3–4 bedroom homes book 3 hours; smaller homes or flats often need just 2 hours. We'll advise on the right length during your free quote.
No — the hourly rate is the same for weekly and fortnightly cleaning: £21.95 per hour, minimum 2 hours. Fortnightly visits may need to be slightly longer than weekly ones to cover the same standard, which we'll factor into your estimate.
None whatsoever. Our pricing is fully transparent: the hourly rate is what you pay. There are no registration fees, no sign-up charges, no key-holding fees, and no minimum contract periods. You can cancel or pause your service with reasonable notice.
The spring clean is a 5-hour top-to-bottom clean at a fixed price of £150. It goes well beyond a standard maintenance clean — inside appliances, descaling, skirting boards, light switches, door frames, grout lines, and full room detailing. You provide your own cleaning products and equipment. Your cleaner uses your vacuum, mop, and preferred products. This is deliberate: it means you control exactly what chemicals are used in your home (important if you have allergies, children, or pets), and there's no risk of cross-contamination from other households.
Payment is made directly to your cleaner, typically by cash or bank transfer. We'll confirm the preferred method when we match you. There's no direct debit or standing order required.
Rescheduling is straightforward — just let your cleaner or our team know with reasonable notice (we ask for at least 48 hours where possible). There's no cancellation fee for occasional changes, and we aim to find an alternative slot that works for you.
It depends on your home size and what needs doing. As a rough guide:

1–2 bed flat/house: 2 hours
3 bed house: 2.5–3 hours
4 bed house: 3–3.5 hours
5+ bed house: 3.5–4+ hours

We'll go through this with you during your free quote so you only pay for what you need.
